We report a case of cerebral anaplastic astrocytoma presenting with intratumoral bleeding and subdural hematoma. We confirm that the vascular invasion by tumor cells made massive tumor bleeding. Regardless of the pathology, apoplexy
needs prompt accuarate diagnosis and proper management.
